necrotic tissue detection for HE and multiplex imaging

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. necrotic tissue often gets sticky and result in wrong staining. it would be great to have this feature to detect and remove them before analysis. it is especially useful for multiple imaging with antibodies.
