Export ability for support contract association

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a support contract association
2. Go to the page where contract associations can be listed.
3. Export button at top of the page is missing

Expected Behavior

Was expecting to be able to export the list of associations as per other tables where export is possible to CSV.

Observed Behavior

No export button shown on screen
