Capybara with Poltergeist/PhantomJS is currently not able to receive annotation documents asynchronously due to some race conditions.

Seems like the document rendering iterface is not reinitialzed correctly. Text is displayed, but no labels and it's not possible to annotate (the interface doesn't know any labels).
