Libraries and programs for handling codeplugs for the MD-380 DMR Radio

There are currently 2 libraries and 4 programs.

1. codeplug - A library for reading/modifying/modifying codeplug files.

2. ui - A library providing a Graphical User Interface on top of codeplug.

3. editcp - A GUI program for editing/extracting/installing codeplug files.

4. dmrRadio - A CLI program for extracting/installing codeplug files.

5. genCodeplugInfo - A code generator program used in building codeplug.

6. docCodeplug - A program that generates a human-readable description of the codeplus used by the radios supported by editcp.
