Food decay mechanic affects villager trades

I have the Food Rotting mechanic enabled, but it affects villager trades. As time passes, their food-related trades will all turn rotten, so you end up needing to sell them rotten foods without triggering the food transforming into the Rotten Food item, and buying any food from them just turns it to rot instantly.

(unless this is a nice and sneaky way to make the game harder, of course)
