Python Error

I am trying to interpolate a video and keep getting the following error:

Required dependency "_ctypes.pyd" is missing in the EncodeGUI installation folder. A clean reinstall should fix this.

I have tried a clean install 4 times now, and the problem persists.

One of the main issues is you have to download the entire 70+ GB installation file again, and the program does not install to a normal location, so it is difficult to find where exactly you would need to add the dependency file. I did finally find the installation location in AppData\Local\Programs, but I have no idea if I can even get the required file or where I would need to put it if that is even possible.
