[BUG] Mermaid Gem won't fill Cauldrons

Describe the bug Mermaid gems cannot fill the vanilla cauldron.

To Reproduce Place a vanilla cauldron, and right-click it with a mermaid gem in hand.

Expected behavior Cauldron filled with water.

Minecraft version 1.20.1

Mod version 1.8.4

Since mermaid gems can be used as a bucket of water in fusion shrines, I think placing these gems in a cauldron should be reasonable.

I do not think cauldrons implement fluid api handling at all, actually. May be that we have to hardcode that one?
