Toggle mode for list items

Describe the bug The lists in resources open, list expands but doesn't collapse agter clicking again.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to site
2. Click on resources
3. Click on any subject (eg. Artificial intelligence or Electronics)
4. The list expands but
5. Try clicking on the subject again, the list won't collapse.

Expected behavior Lists of resources should be in toggle mode, lists should collapse after clicking on the subject again.
