Are there any available solutions for deploying docling using Docker, or setting it up with a FastAPI server? ...

I just released an API for docling, You can have a look here docling api. It also has a docker image for easy deployment on CPU or GPUs

The API is fun, but I was hoping for an official Docker image hosted at hub.docker.com =)
