Some suggestions to make the dsi theme a bit nicer
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The small border on the side of the icon row is supposed to stay still when you reach the end of the row instead of moving with the icons. Alongside this, the custom sorting method does not let you reposition icons with the stylus, and it shows an open slot beyond the previously mentioned border.
Describe the solution you'd like I would like the borders to be separated from the icon sprites to allow them to animate separately. I would also appreciate the ability to move icons with the stylus, and for the free space icons to not show beyond the border.
Describe alternatives you've considered There isn't really an alternative other than using hiyaCFW.

I think there's supposed to be a clicking sound in between each icon when browsing with the dpad, and there should also be a bit more momentum when scrolling with the stylus. Would have put it in the initial issue if I noticed it then. Also, why does it always play the 3ds home menu music instead of the dsi menu music?
