Some basic file organisation features
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
- I have dumped one of my game cards, but now i would like to move it out of the gm9i/out folder.
- I would like to organise my files by putting them in folders
Describe the solution you'd like
- The ability to take any file/folder and place it over { another folder } to move it { in another folder
- //////////////////////////////////////////////////////// { the "back" folder } ///////// { out of the current folder
- The ability to create new folders
- The ability to rename folders
- The ability to take and move objects with your finger and not only with the d-pad
Optional :
- The ability to color the folders
Thank you ! :)
I personally disagree with this. The reason why you could lay out files within TWiLight is because it doesn't affect the overall file structure, but this completely needs to make actual changes to the SD card.
Besides, if you're having a file in a "gm9i" folder, that means you dumped it with gm9i..which also features exactly what you're proposing.
We're already past a sane level of feature-creep at this point.
TWiLight was never designed to be a full-blown Windows File Explorer alternative, and it really shouldn't be. There are other apps for that, namely that app you used to dump the ROM of your game card, as NS has already said.
Consider that an objection to this request, from me at least.
