Detect Unlaunch for SNEmulDS/jEnesisDS/etc
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When attempting to launch a SNES or Genesis/MD ROM without the proper access to certain features, TWLM++ will tell the user to restart TWLM++ from Unlaunch, but it says this regardless of it being installed to the system.
Describe the solution you'd like Detect Unlaunch's presence on the NAND. If my understanding is correct, Unlaunch's installation is inside Launcher's TMD file, so if it checked that then TWLM++ could determine if it needs to be launched from Unlaunch (as the current notification always says), or if Unlaunch needs to be installed in the first place. Maybe add a cutt.ly link to the guide, too.

Additional context If this were done, it would also be good to be able to distinguish whether or not Limited Mode is in use.
