Add support for additional date/time elements in DSi/3DS skins

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Certain styles of skins may call for more detailed time measurement.

Describe the solution you'd like Add the ability to list the year along with the date, and seconds along with the time. Milliseconds wouldn't have to be accurate (given the speed), it could just be some cycling frames or smth, though I'm not sure how feasible it would be even at that.

It would also be nice if we could use named days/months (Sunday, January, etc).
