Allow more volume levels in skins
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. By default, the volume element of the DSi-based themes has 5 images for volume icons, but there are 8 volume levels (with the volume buttons anyways). This is of course accurate to the orginal DSi menu, but there's potential for more unique icons.
Describe the solution you'd like Add support for more volume icons in a skin. I'm not quite sure how it would be decided how many is used, probably just specified in theme.ini but default to the original 5 icons. It would probably be fine if the options were just 5 or 8, but maybe another solution could be decided for numbers other than those lower than 8.
