Add BIOS requirement notifications
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some emulators, such as ColecoDS (with ColecoVision at least) outright require a BIOS in order for any games to function.
Describe the solution you'd like If a system requires a BIOS file in order to be used, TWLM++ will prevent it from being launched, notifying the user that the BIOS files for this system were not found.
Describe alternatives you've considered The emulators themselves may inform the user that they're missing the BIOS, but this would be a nice sort of QoL thing.
Additional context It's worth noting that some don't necessarily require a BIOS, but certain games do, like with GBARunner2 or some of the Atari emulators. These would instead require a more comprehensive white/blacklist.
For GBARunner2 (and others like it) a dismissible popup like the cluster warning could potentially work
GBARunner2 has received support for this for a couple of specific games as of f4f88d0
