Chinese characters do not display properly in the DMPs downloaded in pdf format, but good in docx format.

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) the Online version: Version: v4.1.6

Expected behaviour: Chinese characters to be displayed properly in the the downloaded DMPs in pdf format.

Actual behaviour: Every Chinese characters are replaced by a square in the pdf files.
But the Chinese characters are displaying properly in the downloaded DMPs in docx format.

Steps to reproduce: add traditional Chinese characters in the title of a DMP and download the DMP in pdf format.
