Recommend DMP Collaborator
At my institution we review DMPs as a team, but only one person receives emails when a researcher requests review. I suggest an addition to DMPTool.org that would allow me as the primary admin to send a recommendation to the DMP owner that they add one of my colleagues as a collaborator on their DMP. Perhaps in the "Collaborators" tab under "DMP Collaborators" there could be a "recommend DMP Collaborator" option - this seems like something that could be useful to other viewers as well who cannot personally make changes to a private DMP they are allowed to view, but who have colleagues they think should be able to comment.
Essentially, I would value a way within DMPTool for us as a team to assign review of a given DMP to a given person (in our case this person would already have admin privileges, but would not have automatically received an email or be visible on the plan as the point of contact). This could also be solved if I could add our shared email address as the one to receive DMP review requests instead of my own.
