Summary

The goal is to develop a user-friendly user onboarding experience for ESID, that educated users on its functionalities and ensures they become proficient in using the tool.

Details

The onboarding should include

  • Initial welcome modal with slides as a brief overview and an introduction to the tool and its benefits
  • Interactive tour that highlights the key features of ESID
  • information button in the top-bar so the user can resume/load the tour again
  • knowledge base/resources (TBD)
