Add an FAQ article to the Wiki

We have now gathered and answered already a bunch of user questions and sometimes the same questions get asked multiple times.

I think an FAQ article in the Wiki collecting these questions would be very helpful.

Examples:

• Why do you use reference counting?
• Why do you use T8_ALLOC?

This article could then point to more explanatory ressources.
