[BUG] Android - Identity - User is not notified of reason for failed name registration

If the user attempts a name registration with a 0 balance it will fail with message 'Unable to register...', but they will not be notified of the reason for the failure. Also, all UI elements of the Identity module become non-responsive except for 'Back to Dashboard'.

  1. Launch Engram 0.5.2 on Android 13 (Pixel 4 XL)
  2. Login to a Wallet with 0 balance
  3. Select 'Identity' module
  4. Enter a name and tap 'Register'

RESULT: Registration fails without giving a reason

EXPECTED: Registration fails stating insufficient funds
