[Java] Different results on same code

I am running cdxgen 11.11.0 for Maven project and ~1 out of 10 results are different (bad).

Good:

14:15:06  Found 202 java packages at ...
14:15:12  Obtained 1711 components and 1725 dependencies after dedupe.
14:15:12  ===== WARNINGS =====
14:15:12  [ 'BOM likey has too many framework components. Count: 96' ]

Bad:

14:14:55  Found 205 java packages at
14:15:00  Obtained 1714 components and 1728 dependencies after dedupe.
14:15:00  ===== WARNINGS =====
14:15:00  [ 'BOM likey has too many framework components. Count: 102' ]

The number of executions of mvn dependency:tree is the same.

Is this a known issue or is there a way to debug for more info? export CDXGEN_DEBUG_MODE=debug is set but no debug info and neither maven's verbose mode.
