How's the documentation for this? Would you like to add a page in the documentation that details installing the CLI and some basics on how to use it?

When providing an address of a contract or receiver it should do a validation of that address. Json message could also be verified by attempting to deserialize it into `Value`....

This is a very rough draft. We should sync on what we can cherry pick from this to include in cw-orch.
`Debug` should always be implemented if possible but what would the implementation be like?
A developer can use the customizable `deploy-id` for this usecase.
We can add a method `upload_with_version` that adds an additional entry to the code-id store with the provided version.
