Feature request: acquires arbitrary files users specified

CDIR Collector can only collect files with hard-coded paths. If the user wants to collect files other than the default ones, the user will have to modify the source code....

Support encrypted or compressed NTFS file record

The NTFS library this project uses doesn't support encrypted or compressed NTFS file record. See [NTFS_FileRecord.h#L504](https://github.com/CyberDefenseInstitute/CDIR/blob/master/NTFSParserDLL/NTFS_FileRecord.h#L504).
