Blur background while I scroll down

When I scroll my scrollview, I want that background gets blur but I am getting little bit frozen while I scroll, is there any solution to make this async or any other way?

I used once this repo for blurring dynamically. This library not causing frozen efect. May it will help you https://github.com/PomepuyN/BlurEffectForAndroidDesign
