Additional degree types

Right now we only support BA/BS. We should allow the user to specify any type.

@heileman Degree is an enumerated type, so I don't know if we want to refactor so it's a string or try to build a comprehensive list of degree types? I've started building out a list in this commit: 1ea4da9

I think there's some value if keeping the enumerated type.
