Structure change

So, I've forked the project because I'm using it, with the intent of adding some features I want/need.

My question: would you be willing to accept minor structure changes (adding changelog, spaces instead of tabs for whitespace, moving code files to src/ directory) aside from the stability and functional changes (json-compliant library for parsin the config, more robust argument parsing) I'm doing.

If you'd be ok with these changes, I'll open up pull requests for the things I'm doing, but if you think the project is fine as-is, I'll keep them in my fork.
