Changing room URL once page has loaded does not go to correct room

Describe the bug When you change the 'room' parameter of the page without reloading the page, LiveLab will use the previous room, rather than the updated room

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: When you change the 'room' parameter of the page without reloading the page, LiveLab will use the previous room, rather than the updated room

Expected behavior Check for user update in the URL when 'join' is pressed
