Permanent automatic DNF after disabling inspection

Describe the bug If the inspection timer runs past 17 seconds, a DNF is automatically applied to the next solve; however, if inspection is disabled immediately after DNF'ing a solve like this, then all new solves will automatically have a DNF applied to them.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable 'Use Inspection'
2. Start inspection countdown
3. Let countdown run past 17 seconds
4. Start and stop solve
5. Disable inspection
6. All timer stops will automatically DNF

Expected behavior After disabling inspection, DNFs should no longer be applied automatically.
