Add a scheduleable task / trigger for checking for updated steam mods

Feature Information:
It would be very helpful to have a scheduleable task for checking a steam app for mod updates. E.g. set it up to once per hour, or whatever :wink:, to check the list of mod ids against the Steam web api.
Check the returned update times against the mod files, or keep a kvp somewhere with modid=datetime for last updated. If the retrieved value is higher, the mod has an update.
This should be possible to send to e.g. Discord and other communication platforms, like other tasks. Also, it would probably be nice to be able to schedule an automatic shutdown and update etc.
