Toggle button clean ups
Hey @IceOfWraith -- just some minor color tweaks for the toggle buttons.
It's been a full year since I last looked at these themes. If I can find the time, might see if anything else needs a bit of a refresh. Let me know if there are any elements in particular that may be needing attention.

The current themes follow the directory structure of the core files, including an "Images" directory used primarily for a background / wallpaper (which will be missing now). Will this be replicated, or everything will be lumped together in a flat structure, including the new "ThemeName.png" image file?
