adding a host

i have made a simple host with some css and js not sure if it's breaking anything i have modify the "print" function inside the "exploit.js" and also comment the "ready" alert since it's replace with a "jailbreak" button i have called it "PS5Xploit" because idk lol you can modify it if you have a better name.

PS: i am not going angry if you reject it lol.
