Feature request: EMA-GAIN / SMA-GAIN Indicator

An indicator which calculates the percentage gain/loss of the fast and slow EMA/SMA. The bot would always check the value of the lowest EMA/SMA line.

E.g. "hot" signal if emagain/smagain is between -0.65 and -2.5.

Something for percentage change doesn't seem out of the realms of possibility.
