downloading .csv files

There is currently an annoying problem for links to .csv files. The links display the contents of the .csv files as plain text in the browser. A user can attempt to download the file by right-clicking, but this doesn't appear to work for all browsers.

If you are having trouble with this, remember all of the data files are in this repository:

https://github.com/CrumpLab/statisticsLab/tree/master/data

I'm going to attempt a few fixes.

1. I will make a .zip file with all of the data
2. I will try to make the links to the .csv files work
3. If I can't do that, I may .zip all of them and link to the .zip files instead
