Added JAMOVI (deleted Matlab)

I will have first drafts of the excel for lab chapters 1,2,3,6,7, and 8 by early saturday, and hope to get drafts of the ANOVA sections out by Monday.

Chapters 4 and 5 are a bit tricky to convert into excel answerable problems. I wouldn't mind a Skype session next monday (8/6 anytime) to all bounce around some ideas.
