The links to the data you use in the R example seem to point to the data from the infants and song expierment (one sample /paired sample t-test). Could you forward us a copy of the film permit data and gap minder data if you have it handy? I can recreate both from the source, but I am worried about filtering slightly differently and ending up with different answers. Unless we are not worried about that level of consistency across software sections?
