bug: required IAR scopes don't match console docs

Per console docs the required API scopes for IAR are:

• Falcon Container CLI (Write)
• Falcon Container Image (Read/Write)
• Falcon Images Download (Read)

But our docs only reflect image download and sensor download: https://github.com/CrowdStrike/falcon-operator/blob/main/docs/src/resources/imageanalyzer.md.tmpl#L11-L12
