[C-2377] Allow editing all enrichment member's attributes

Problem

At the moment, only some member attributes can be edited. workExperiences, certifications, education, awards cannot be edited and they should be handled as the other attributes

Acceptance Criteria

• For both Member's profile and member's form, users should be able to edit all attributes. For the attributes mentioned above, we need to add a new form element to support editing these json types
