Border color, Width and Height

I want to add background color as white and text color as black. With this change I need to give border color 'black' and width '220' and height '80' without padding so it can show the tooltips better. Right now it's taking entire width of the parent layout.

Issues: There are no tooltip 'Border Color', 'width', 'height' attributes.
