Observing an issue in Android for bottom positioning of tool tip, attaching screen shot for reference. Screenshot 2020-08-12 at 4 49 53 PM

Issue is that the Tool tip is getting elongated or the width is reduced in Android but looking fine in iOS. This behaviour is consistent on other android devices.
