RMS_FirstRun.sh enhancement

It is often difficult to establish when the active log started.

Please add the current date and time to the first message displayed in the log by RMS_FirstRun.sh.

i.e. "At 2025/06/11 20:12:21 Waiting 10 seconds to init the Pi..."
