Trouble mapping buttons

Hello,

My name is Alex Leonel. I am sending this message to ask for help on adjusting the code for my DIY controller. Unfortunately, the controller only has the 9 illuminated buttons. Furthermore, I soldered the button and LED pinouts differently from the layout you used. So I tried to tweak the code for my Leonardo board, but the buttons and lights have the wrong input. I am asking if you could help me tweak the code, so that it works properly with my controller.
