Add ML Online Training tutorial container

Description

The ML Online Training tutorial has not been added as a container (artifact) to the latest release. As all tutorials which can be run in a Jupyter notebook are there, it would be great to add one for the Online Training.

Justification

Some users asked about this tutorial at a recent event, and everybody who wants to use our Data Loaders might be interested into this.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Copy what is done for other tutorials and create a container for Online Training
• [ ] Run container on local machine
• [ ] Add tutorial container to artifacts for 0.4.0 if possible
