Would be great to have this app available on the f-droid store.

This is planned for the future. I'm waiting until this app becomes a bit more stable and tested before adding it to F-Droid.

It seems like you've made a lot of progress on this app since this issue was posted, have you re-considered putting this on your to-do list? It would be nice to be able to stay up to date with the app without going through Google :)
