Enable subscriptions to Workbin uploads
Feature requested by a CS2040S student (and tbh, as a CS2109S student myself, I would love to have this feature too):
Hi! I think it would be useful if there were also an email notification option for when files are uploaded to the workbin (similar to files being uploaded in the files tab of luminus). I find it much easier to keep track of my downloads by downloading whenever I see an email instead of having to check every now and then not knowing whether a new file has been uploaded or not.
