TDF issue

Hi,

I have created a set of .fasta files of the relevant lncRNA. They are all set out the exact same way. However, when I run the promotertest function, some of them are smooth sailing, whereas others give up the following error (see attached).

Any clue what is going on?

Hi @iorilondon,

Could you show me the header of Gm3940.fasta? Is there "chr" in the header? I think I have some clue but not that sure yet.
