Console displays correctly, OS does not freeze upon requesting user input using Console.ReadLine

Actual Behaviour - What unexpectedly happens?

Glitched terminal, cannot give input.

Run on a AVERATEC AMD laptop

Version - Were you using the User Kit or Dev Kit? And what User Kit version or Dev Kit commit (Cosmos, IL2CPU, X#)?
