Turn actions should be clearer

It's virtually impossible to know when you have only 1 action left in your turn (meaning: you already drawn a card from the deck, or a non-wild card from the pile), a rule that prevents you from claiming a route or drawing a new destination.

Messages should appear less often, it's true, but this is exactly the case where they are really needed.
