WIP: Update to stack nightly-2021-07-14

This gets us a bit closer to a release. I have outstanding pull requests on refined and swagger2 so they're being pulled in from git currently.

Edit: I also don't know what's going on here, but that should be the last code problem I think.

heya just wanted to mention that I haven't missed or ignored this, but I'm assuming there's nothing to be done on account of the WIP tag. let me know if otherwise

I think this could be released, I was waiting on these two:
