What is library==0.0.0 in requirements.txt

What package is library==0.0.0 in requirements.txt? It doesn't seem to be recognized by pip. Is this meant to be a placeholder?

Hi @Con6924, I am also facing issues while pip installing library==0.0.0. Could you recommend any other version for this?
