Can we remove the option to run non-runnable projects?

The first four options in the run list can't be run:

I wonder if there's a way we can hide them in this list in Visual Studio or if that's not possible?

If anything, maybe we can file a feature request for a future VS version... 😋

Just wanted to track this here for now.

Strangely, they don't show up for me in the dropdown despite one of them being selected:

Having previously asked the VS team about what controls the entries in this dropdown box, it's determined by the project system and offers no extensibility or way to override what does or doesn't show up.

I admit this would be nice to do but I don't believe it's possible :(
